Based in Leeds, I offer Therapy to help people who suffer from anxiety, panic, depression. Anger, a lack of confidence, low self esteem, blushing, social phobias. Ialso work with couples on relationship problems.
Therapy helps people to discover the causes of these difficulties and guides them so they develop ways to deal with their problems and regain a positive and fulfilling life.
My therapy work is accredited by the UKCP. I use techniques drawn from a wide base of techniques, including NLPt, CBT, Transactional Analysis, Solution Focused Therapy etc. This allows me focus on my clients needs rather than be constrained by a single therapeutic approach. My therapy work with clients covers a wide range of conditions. phobias and traumas.

My name is Andrew Pickles and I am a fully qualified psychotherapist, accredited by the UKCP (The united Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy). The UKCP is the UK’s leading professional body for the education, training and accreditation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors.
I am also on a voluntary register accredited by the Professional standards authority, the AVR scheme. The AVR scheme was established by the government to improve standards and safety for the public.
